2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1. Non-Delivery of Service: Refunds may be requested if a course or service paid for is not delivered due to our error.
2.2. Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues (e.g., inability to access course content) that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
2.3. Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course, you are entitled to a full refund.
2.4. Discretionary Refunds: Refunds for other reasons (e.g., change of mind) are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, provided the course content has not been accessed.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
3.1. Refunds will not be issued if you have accessed or completed significant portions of the course content.
3.2. No refunds will be provided after 7 days from the purchase date, except in cases of non-delivery or course cancellation.
