1. Introduction

Welcome to Immersive Skills Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Immersive Skills Academy. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

Immersive Skills Academy offers online courses and skill-based training programs. All services are subject to these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment Methods: We accept payments through Razorpay, supporting credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay’s payment gateway.

4.2. Authorization: By providing payment details, you confirm your legal right to use the payment method and authorize Razorpay to process the transaction as per your instructions.

4.3. Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email or notification. Retain this for your records.

4.4. Taxes: All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. User Obligations

5.1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and payment processes.

5.2. You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities, including reselling or assigning our services to third parties without prior written consent.

5.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including course materials, videos, and logos, is the property of Immersive Skills Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Data Security

We accept payments through HDFC SmartHub, which supports a wide range of payment options including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are securely processed via HDFC Bank’s SmartHub payment gateway, ensuring encryption and safety of your financial data.

8. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these websites. Access them at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immersive Skills Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

10. Termination
